    instant messenger problem


    hey all.

    i have a bit of a problem connecting to the msn protocol using Instant Messenger.
    i use the wizard...select msn...enter user name and password, only to get a wrong password message every time i want to connect.

    the wierd thing is...i swap over XP and jump straight onto msn with the exact same password and username as i was using in linux.

    anyone had this prob before??

    I believe the Instant Messenger program in Xandros is Gaim. Gaim has had issues in the past with the MSN protocol (because Microsoft tends to want to block access from messengers other than their own). You might see if there's a newer version of Gaim available from their website:
