3D Modelling
I want free linux 3D modelling program. It's not for serious use. I just know that when I create simple 3D models I learn to see beauty in every thing of the real world from flower to garbage pile. Blender 3D is cool but the interface is hostile... Moonlight 3D is not highly functional...
Any suggestions?

Yeah, Blender's interface is most definately hostile. For what you are looking for you might find something here.

I have yet to find anything remotely as capable as 3ds max or Maya as found on windows... unfortunately
