Kate for Windows
I was using KDE when I opened up Kate and started writing PHP, and I really loved it. I am going to hopefully be installing Linux soon, but until then, is there any equivalent program to Kate on Windows? I'm talking about the syntax highlighting, code blocks, multi-file editing, etc.

I love Kate, my favourite editor. Obviously it's a KDE program, so I don't think there'll be a windows port but a half decent equivalent is Notepad++, which you'll find on sourceforge.net
It's nice, and minimises to system tray(as useless as that is in an editor). Only really found one or two bugs, mostly pretty tight.
