most iTunes like
i just downloaded gnomebaker, but haven't used it yet..i just wanted to know if it's the most iTunes-like program, in the sense it does all the ripping for you when you burn mp3s onto a disc

Actually, the most iTunes-ish thing I have seen is gtkpod, which is an iPod manager. The interface is similar, anyway.

I don't really understand what you mean by this. Ripping tends to mean making MP3s of CD tracks, whereas burning makes CD tracks from MP3s. The two are the exact opposite of one another...
