conkeror for Mozilla Firefox Responds Slowly
It is quite slow at loading pages. Maybe it is because it has to numerate the links? How can i speed it up?

Go to Mozilla.org and do a search for customizing the preferences file for Firefox. You can drastically speed FF up by adding a few lines of code to the prefs. Sorry, i don't have the link for you.

It is not Firefox itself that is the problem. It is conkeror, wich is a chrome for Firefox. Are you sure that editing the firefox preferences file would help?

I don't follow you on the chrome thing. Is that a theme for FF? I don't see how a theme would cause issues.

It's a completely new interface, keyboard driven with vi-like bindings if I recall. Didn't the developer stop development, or at least cut way back? Maybe some code just needs to be updated for your version of Firefox.
