RTCW linux howto install?
hey all
i would like to instal rtcw under linux. i no-longer use windows at all and i also have 56k modem internet connection so downloading bigass files is out. is there a simple installer that can be used as i know for certain that rtcw can be played in linux without the use of wine!

I would like to know where to find this installer as well. I tried running it under Wine but it does not work properly. IMHO, nothing works with Wine

I have downloaded the wolf-linux-1.41.x86.run file and the update.
Is this the complete game? After installing it and running it I get the following error:
How can I solve this?Code:Sys_Error: Couldn't load default.cfg - I am missing essential files - verify your installation?
I also found a full game called Wolfenstein:Enemy territory, which is 258MB.
I never heard of it (Maybe because I am not a gamer
)
You can find it at 3dgamers.com

I heard it ,but I have never ran it before,
and it is really runable.This is just a linux installer ,as you need a full game disc. I don't know sth in details ,so maybe some READMEs could be helpful.
Good Luck.

So would this mean that if I insert my RTCW CD it would work?
I'll need to do some investigation when time permits it.
