Viewing compiled html (chm)?

How do I view compiled HTML help format (chm)? What program do I need and how do I install it?

I would like to know this me too, last time I had one of those I had to use a windows box (windows help program)

windows box = windows computer

I used my moms windows computer to read it.

Ok, I downloaded the KCHM program. I saved it on the desktop as kchm-02.tgz. How do I install it?
