Mplayer, xine, totem etc. should all be able to play them...though you might need some libs or codecs for them.

Just about everything I can think of. Mplayer, xine, xmms, Amarok....
ogg123 from the command line.

Every media player that isn't designed specifically for one format should be able to play Oggs.
Why wouldn't they be in Oggs?
