What this error mean? (Installing K9DVD Copy)
While configuring it gives this error after a bit:

So, check this please and use another prefix!
Im trying to Install K9DVD Copy so I can burn movies and dont have to go back to WIndows to do it.

I see you are using SUSE, launch yast and install the kde libraries/headers.

yes, you need the development packages too, these contain the actual header files. i am terribly sorry for not including that in my previous post.
