Seven years of using Linux here and I've never used an AV program, but clamav as indicated by deltaflyer is a popular AV proggy for those Linux users that do want to use one.

I just got this program and yum installed it. However I can't find it and when I go in a terminal and type "ClamAV" it doesnt open or find it...any help?

@unknown, the little distro thing in everyone's profile is there for a reason. Plus who would want to get a non-free antivirus when there's ClamAV?
@Velintien, Unix is case-sensitive, so try 'clamav'.

Well, have you tried entering "clam" and then pressing tab twice? That will either fill in the command (if only one command starts with 'clam') or show you all possible commands that start with 'clam'.

it worked...and omg that scan was quick 1 second and its done? is it suppose to be that quick?
