How do I select the openoffice spellchecker language in only one document? My default language is Danish, but how do I choose English spellchecking in a document without changing the default?

This may work, but I've not actually tested it:
Go to Tools --> Options.
Select the Language Settings --> Languages section on the left.
For "Default Language for Documents", set it to English.
Check the "For the Current Document Only" box.
Select OK.
