    Google talk
    Yahoo Messenger With voice

    Look to Gaim. I'm not sure about yahoo messenger with voice, I know it works without voice, and it works for google talk. Also, I think there exists a linux version of yahoo messenger.

    Or Kopete - AFAIK this is the only multi-protocol client that works with webcams (and possibly voice via a Netmeeting plugin).

    There you will find yahoo messenger for linux. I'm not sure it got voice too. But try it...

    Sadly, Google Talk has 0 Linux support. You can't download it, and from my expeiriences, you can't WINE it either.

    Well, you can use Gaim, but not for voice calls:
