    Chatting Through LAN



    I have two computers, one is linux and one is windows, they are both connected by LAN

    Does anyone know of a way to chat through LAN without using an internet connection? I need it to be able to run on both windows and Linux!

    i think teamspeak works on both linux and windows. just start a server on one of them and use the clients to connect to that server.
