I have recompiled and installed php 5.1.2 with the zlib option and now when I start apache I get this error:

httpd: Syntax error on line 53 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache/modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/local/apache/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: php_zlib_module_entry

any help would be appreciated
