    xawtv issue

Xawtv was working fine until I installed NVIDIA's accelerated driver, and now xawtv gives me a "segmentation fault" and immediately disappears.

I really don't want to go back to the old nv driver just so that xawtv would work...
    Any ideas?

Yes, I experienced that, too. However, you should download the latest version of xawtv anyway. It uses a far better solution than previous versions (it lets the X server deal with almost the entire issue through Xvideo).
