i jsut upgraded to mplayer 1.0 pre2.6plf and it all went fine, it will play avi and mpeg files perfectly, however when i try to play .mov .asf or .wmv (those are all i have availible) it runs at what seems like 2x speed.

any ideas? i THINK the foramts its screwing up were all in the win32 codecs pack, could this be the problem.
