I installed xawtv in Ubuntu for my Athlon64 system. Video and audio both are working fine now, but the problem is I'am not able to record anything. In terminal I started xawtv and it usually displays...

Eventhough that Warning gets displayed, both video and audio plays fine.

And when I try to record something by right-clicking and selecting "Record Movie" and give some filename in both movie/images and *.wav and clicking "start/stop recording" it displays....

And after some 5 or 10 secs the following is atlast displayed and xawtv gets closed !

So please help me if this could be solved or can I try some other TV Application ?
