Problems with wine

I'm having problems with wine. Through wine I installed the game starcraft and the program google earth just fine - but neither will work.

Starcraft installed perfectly - but when I start it up through wine it tells me to put the disk into the drive. (the disk is in the drive.)
GoogleEarth had an error during installation:
ERROR: Could not load
[c:\windows\system32\psapi.dll].
But the installation went fine aside from that. Now when I load google earth it starts up fine - but after startup finishes I get an immediate error saying:
Google Earth has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any ideas how I can fix these problems / get the apps to work w/ wine?

Got starcraft working fine

wine had my cdrom drive labeled as a hard drive - so i had to go into wincfg and change it to cdrom. then i changed my sound driver to get the sound working. works perfect now.

Doesn't work perfectly, but it works.
