I install mplayer but it say I have to install mplayer_fonts first I can not find where to download player _fonts for fedora core5 only mplayer _fonts for fedora core4 ...

    mplayer_fonts for fedora core 5


    I install mplayer but it say I have to install mplayer_fonts first
    I can not find where to download player _fonts for fedora core5
    only mplayer _fonts for fedora core4
    I download it but after I install mplayer fonts for fedora 4 it still ask me to install mplayer_fonts
    if any body know where to download mplayer _fonts for fedora5 pls tell me thanks

    You simply don't need mplayer_fonts (still you can download them from MPlayer's site if you want to).

    What I do is that I had a line to my ~/.mplayer/config that points to the fonts I want to use in MPlayer. Something like that:

    font=/usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts/impact.ttf
