Is there any program on Linux that can seed/start P2P file sharing directly from video capture card, before the TV program ends?
AFAIK the TV program should be recorded first ...

Direct File Sharing From Real Time Video Capture
Is there any program on Linux that can seed/start P2P file sharing directly from video capture card, before the TV program ends?
AFAIK the TV program should be recorded first and the file sharing program started after the TV program ended.
If possible, such program can be used for sports/soccer, celebration etc.
Is this idea possible?
