    CD-ROM Boot


    Is there a way to add a selection for CD-ROM to GRUB? I know there's the Floppy option, but would like the CD-ROM as an option too!

    Unfortunately, that's hard to fix. Since the BIOS calls don't support CD-ROM access, GRUB can't access the CD-ROM either.

    But you should be able to boot from CD from your BIOS. And probably make it ask you where to boot from on every boot.
