Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It's not clear from what you posted if you are a user at www.sythe.org who ran into the forbidden screen, or if you are the site administrator trying to solve a problem with the server.

Odds are there was just a temporary problem with the site. Seems fine now. If you are an administrator, I would imagine you giving more information than this.
