Current XMMS song in Gaim info

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the XMMS remote Gaim plugin to put the song I'm currently listening to in my buddy info? I'm using the AIM protocol.

    Thanks!

xmmscurrsong 1.0 seems to do what you're looking for, I've never set it up, but it seems easy enough, the README:

    Code:
just copy the plug (xmmscurrsong in ~/.gaim/plugins.
after, start gaim , preferences-->tools; check xmmscurrsong

if you wanna compil the plug you need src of gaim (0.80 or more)
    put file.c in gaim-0.80/plugin.
    ../configure
    make xmmscurrsong.so LDFLAGS=-lxmms
    cp *.so ~/.gaim/plugins

Thanks for the reply; I've taken a look at xmmscurrsong and it's more of a pain than it seems...if anyone has used this plugin, please let me know if there's anything special that needs to be done.
