Re-compile mozilla? Maybe try a different version?

Anyone know what the mozilla profile manager is run by from the command line?

Hmm, looks like Moz is shafted. Any new profiles I create behave the same.
Still have now downloaded firefox and thunderbird.
Question is how do I get firefox to pickup the flashplayer linkage? Don't really want to download it again.
