Softflowd IPFIX exporter

Hi Everyone

I was using softflowd which is a IPFIX compatible netflow exporter. I installed it on 32 bit linux machine and it worked just fine, but now i have migrated it to 64 bit linux machine and it does not work.It gives out the message

softflowd v0.9.7 starting data collection
Exporting flows to [10.10.10.58]:3000
Fatal error - exiting immediately
Exiting immediately on user request

can someone please tell me how to solve this problem

Is it for any of the following accounting data:

a. Data necessary to trace and identify the source of a communication which
includes personal details, contact information and information identifying
services subscribed to.
b. Data necessary to identify the routing and destination of a communication.
c. Data necessary to identify the time and date and duration of a communication.
d. Data necessary to identify the telecommunication.
e. Data necessary to identify the communication device or what purports to be the device.
f. Data necessary to identify the location at the start and throughout the
duration of the communication.
