    apt-get ignore a package

I am trying to run apt-get dist-upgrade and there are a couple of packages I would like it to completelly ignore. Spacifcally a group of packages that all begin with "psa-". I would like apt to always ignore these packages.....

I'm not finding anywere on the internet what I need to add to the apt config files to do this.

    Thanks for your help
