[Konqueror]Execute .desktop files automatically?

I want to make Konqueror to execute .desktop files from a local html links pages automatically without asking, is this possible?
An alternative will be a way to execute in a script in a console window from html link.
Can you help me?

As what i know is it might be a security feature..
for example

1) if I click it in konqueror in file browsing mode, no questions asked.
2) if I type it in the location bar of konqueror in web browsing mode it asks.
but i dont know if you can turn that off there's no check box that i see.

You might look in the options.. Hope that helps
