Hope you can help with this problem

I've installed MPlayer and mplayerplug-in on my Linux machine running Fedora 5. The plugin works fine as I can embed video (.avi format) in a webpage (using Firefox) and view it fine. The problem is that the forward and rewind buttons do not work.

My config is at

/etc/mplayerplugin.conf

and looks like
