    Web page layout and Design application...

    I'm looking for a nice, simple, but powerful application that I can use to help design page layouts/design for a web site.

    I've got an idea of what I want for a web site, but I'd like to put some stuff into design before building it...yeah, go figure...design it first and then build it.

    There are a number of good options. I use Quanta for my site and really like it. Some other popular options are Bluefish, KompoZer (from the developer of Nvu), Screem, and Aptana.
