help with searching an app.

hey guys,

im new here...well, new as well to the linux environment. still getting used to it.

im just having problems searching for a particular program that i need for work.

well, heres the scenario...

im supposed to do a telephone survey in a couple of weeks.
i need an application that will record the results i get from the that telephone survey so i can produce reports to show my boss (e.g. graphs and stuff).

the survey software must be easy to use, evaluate and in electronic form (spreadsheet etc.)

do you guys know any survey softwares that might help?
