    VMware Player question

    Hello,

    How does it work exactly?

    Thanks!

With VMWare Player you can not do that. VMWare Player will only run pre-existing VMWare images. I know that VMWare used to be able to do what you are looking for but that was way back in v1...Over 5 years ago. I am not sure if they kept that option available...

Ok, not good. I've seen other people running their Windblows through VMware. Any other emulators that allows me to what I am asking?

    Thanks.

I'm not sure if you can actually run your windows partition in vmware but if you download a trial of vmware workstation you can create the vmware image that you need for the vm player
