Graceful shutdown of Linux on reset command from Shelf Manager
Hi,
There is a requirement in the ATCA blade for a mechanism which allows remote reset via FRU control commands from the SHMM to IPMC to inform Linux of the pending reset thus allowing graceful shutdown. Is there is a provision in WindRiver linux (IPMI driver) that would trap such an event from the IPMC and trigger a graceful shutdown of the system?
