Well...
If you have an high speed connection you can use the CLI utility apt-setup to check all registered ftp debian mirrors.
After registered all ftp site you want to use, run apt-get update. This command will sync you deb database. After that you can apt-get everything, that it can be downloaded from these ftp sites...
If you don't have an high speed connection, you can ask to some debian friend...
