I installed mp3 blaster...where'd it go?
I found mp3 blaster on the synaptic package manager and decided to install it since I have much of my music in mp3 format that I got before the switchover to Ubuntu. I installed it, but I can't find it anywhere.
Can anyone help? I would also be interested in looking at better programs to play these files, or a way to convert my mp3's to the ogg format.
Thanks

The easyubuntu thing I posted in the other thread will allow you to play mp3 (there are legal reasons this can't be included by default)

I tried xmms, and it locked up when I tried to play a song. I think I will look for some sort of converter.
Thanks again, though.
