    linux wysisyg webpage design with frames

    I have been googling and searching on this for some time but cannot seem to find anything. I am looking for a linux based webpage design program that will support frames. Everything I have seen so far uses CSS and i am not ready to learn another thing at this point. I am just getting up to speed with Linux now, as a newbie.

    I don't do WYSIWYG design, but I know that Nvu is a very popular WYSIWYG editor. Have you tried it?
