I have an install of Spamassassin 2.60 and would like to upgrade it to the latest stable release. I see the instructions in the install.txt file, but I want to make sure it will work fine with Spamassassin running in daemon mode before I try it.

I'm running Red Hat 7.3 on the mail server (that needs a major upgrade, too.)
