Ximian Evolution tries to have the same Look and Feel of Outlook.

From personal experience, I've had a lot of problems with Evolution. I finally gave up and switched to Kontact. Not a single problem. It even syncs nicely with my Palm!

sylpheed is an _excelent_ aplication and it has a win32 port although im not sure how far developed the windows version is!
