GRIP - I wish I knew how to get this thing
to rip and encode. I set it to encode in MP3 format being that I want to transfer some CD music from the hard drive then onto my Sandisk MP3 player.
I keep on getting this notification:"Invalid Encoder Executable - Check You Encoder Config, and ensure it specifies the full path to the encoder executable".
This is driving me crazy!
I know that my Sandisk MP3 player only accepts WMA and MP3 format.
There's gotta be a way I can finally accomplish this GREAT feat which I'm still trying to figure out most of the last two days.
Frustrated is not a strong enough word of how I'm feeling about this.
Can it be that being that I'm using Debian may have something to do with this that it might be missing an important "something" installed?

To rip to mp3, grip needs a package called lame. Is that installed on your system and have you configured grip to use it?
