I downloaded gFTP and did the following:
./configure - [Success]
make install - [Success]
make clean ...

gFTP Question...
They say there aren't any stupid questions... but I think this is the exception...
I downloaded gFTP and did the following:
./configure - [Success]
make install - [Success]
make clean - [Success]
make distro clean - [Success]
Ok.... so now how do I run this program?! Do I need to type something in console? There was no icon added to my desktop or main menu.
I think this is probably more representative of my lack of Linux knowledge than anything else.

Just for future reference, you can use yum to install programs. This will handle dependencies and add appropriate menu entries.

gFTP contains a text and gtk version of the app. Take a look here for more info regarding this:
