Where XChat asks for the server name to connect to, you input the IP like this:

And the client connects to that server.

XChat and SSL connections do not work!
Where XChat asks for the server name to connect to, you input the IP like this:

Say that server has an SSL port, 9999. You'd think this would work
but I get an error message saying I mispelled the host! How can I connect to SSL with Xchat?45.13.12.165:9999
