Flash animations in Linux?

I have started using linux for quite long now.And I absolutely love it.

I do sometimes host things on my apache server.

I have everything to work with.except a flash animation making software(.swf)
just like swish max or flash studio. etc.,which i want to make my own swf files(now i depend on my friends' comps).
Does anybody know where i can find such one.

You can run Flash(Macromedia) Via Wine, but you can't installit under wine, you need to install it in windows first and then copy it in Linux and Run it under Wine.

KToon, Uira, OpenLaszlo, and Flash for Linux are all options.

I don't have a dual boot.
So that would not be possible.

You are correct that Uira is vector animation software, but it allows you to save to a .swf format.

I haven't tried it yet, but I read today that KDEnlive, a non-linear video editor, can export to Flash.
