Does LimeWire actually run, or does this happen when launching it? Are you specifying any commandline args to it? Have you tried re-installing java? :?
I used to get this error when INSTALLING, i just had to specify the direction of the java/bin directory and everything worked fine. I inquired about this about 2 months ago in this forum, you might want to use the search tool, just type in limewire and look for any threads under my nick. You might get some light shined down on the problem.
well specifying the path doesnt help either
Are you using the SDK or the JRE?
jre and im also getting this error while running java-version:
Error: could not find libjava.so
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment
How does the output of this command read:
have you installed JAVA properly?
Does This work?
if not no point going on, Java isnt properly set!
Is this working
