Matroska playback in Linux
I'm looking for a native Linux media player that is good at playing Matroska files with styled subtitles. I have SMPlayer, MPlayer, Totem, and VLC, but none of them handle the subs well. For the time being I'm reduced to running a VirtualBox of XP when I want to watch HD Matroska vids with subs that actually work properly (i.e., are readable when lots of translation notes and such should appear on top of the screen). While I don't really have a big problem with running windows apps in Vbox, the very high def videos tend to get unsynced on video+subs/audio because they require so much cpu and its running in an emulated environment. Any help is appreciated.
