need some info
Hi to all.I have suse 9.3 and i want to manage my iptables. Is there any good tutorial to manage it?If i couldn't manage iptables(propably cause i'm bored of it) what firewall should i use?Does it worth to have an av(antivirus) on my linux? If yes which one do you propose? And last,is there any good file sharing program? That's all :P
Thx in advance for your answers :)

There is a firewall built into suse, you controle it's settings via YaST. If ou don't like this check out firestarter which has a nice GUI fromtend, or shorewall which is also nice but lacks in the GUI department.
Since there are almost no virii for linux nobody I know has a AV on their system unless it's a mailserver, and then they use things like clamav to check for windows virii in the mail.
I don't fileshare, so I don't know about the last one.
