Peer to Peer question
I have been switching to linux from the "other" OS for about a month now. I still have one thing that I havn't replaced.
Peer-to-Peer
What are the best options for peer-to-peer when using Linux. I have tryed mldonkey but it tells me
error: Failed dependencies:
compartment is needed by mldonkey-backend-2.5.28-41.rhfc2.at
Thank you in advance. Dustin

something like gift is popular, but limewire is very popular for windows, but is java, thus avialable crossplatform, so linux handles it as well as any of the 'other' os' you have used.

The only one's that I have played with are as stated above Limewire, and for bit torrent, Azereus. It's also a java program that works well under Linux.
But some place that you might want to check out is - http://unitethecows.com/ -
It's a forum on P2P.
