Arch Installation Problem..........

I downloaded Archlinux iso from its site and tried to install it but when i boot from cd it gets stopped at some line regarding the ntfs support. pls help to solve this problem and guide me in installing archlinux.

Hi, reiko.

That seems like an interesting error message. Can you post the exact message and maybe some information about your partition layout? How far did you get in the install?

the error which i m getting

it seems to be a bug in Arch linux

FS#7868 : Installation hangs while detecting addons from NTFS volume

So, according to the link abhishek456 provided, the bug is fixed in the newest install CD's (version 2007.08.1). Is that the version you're using?
