cpc Just Joined! Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 12	[SOLVED] password problem I forgot to assign the root password and to add my account to the sudoers in the installation process, how can I fix it? thanks a lot!

Thanks for reply, but how to boot up in Single User Mode? there is no such option in the grub menu.

when u get grub menu hit "e"
put "single" on line like this

e.g.
