Here is a list of all the scim packages in Extra, and here are all the scim packages in the AUR. If these packages don't provide what you need, you'll have to install from source or make your own pkgbuilds.

Be aware that just because the package names are different from another distro, doesn't mean they don't provide the same things. I'm not familiar with scim, so I don't know if that is true in this case or if Arch is missing some scim packages.

The package names are somewhat different in Arch and Ubuntu, however the problem is solved now, thanks.

One more question, how can I find the the exact package that I need, for example, in Ubuntu, I can add launcher in System -> Preferences -> Main Menu, but in Arch, I can not find this Main Menu, I know I need to install something, but don't know where to go?

I assume you are using GNOME? The menu editor is called alacarte. It's in the extra repository. You can also right click on the menu and select edit menu to launch it.
