Welcome to the forums!

Arch has an Opera package in AUR along with lots of other packages that you might be interested in:

AUR (en) - opera

If you aren't sure how to install from a package build, follow these steps:

Go to AUR, find the desired package.

Click on the link where it says "tarball".

Download and Extract the tarball. This should create a directory.

Enter that directory (cd to that directory).

type 'makepkg'

after the compilation finishes, you should have a file ending in .pkg.tar.gz

install that file with pacman as follows...

'pacman -U filename.pkg.tar.gz'

Installation should now be complete if all went as planned.

You are correct, they use a license called Opera. But they do have a Linux build available.

Correct, there is Opera for Linux.
OP asked for source download. Opera comes as blob.

I suggest using yaourt ... once you have yaourt installed then
Code:
yaourt -S opera
should do the job
