Thrillhouse Linux Engineer Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Arlington, VA, USA Posts: 1,366	You'll probably have to uncomment your locale in /etc/locale.gen and then run locale-gen as root. Take a look at the wiki for more help.

Thrillhouse Linux Engineer Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Arlington, VA, USA Posts: 1,366	The file should have a list of locales. In front of them should be a pound sign(#). You'll want to remove the pound sign from the one that applies to you. If you're in the US, it will be something like: en_US ISO-8869-1 Once you do that, save and close the file and run locale-gen as root.
